Effective Quantum Alignment – The Art & Science of Getting to ‘Through-Me’

In this article, I wanted to focus on going a little deeper in answering one of the common questions I get asked with regards to effective Quantum Alignment. One area that can sometime confuse people is the apparent conflict between struggle and flow and how it fits into the overall energetic picture.  On one hand, personal development teaches and encourages high levels of desire to get what we want. Set goals, dive in, fight the current and if you swim hard enough you’ll achieve glory! The classic ‘By-Me’ pattern. This works for most people who have the stamina to persist.  However, one thing to note is that most of the energy used in By-Me is not actually spent on realising the goal, but more on fighting the obstacles en-route to the goal.  Quantum Creation teaches the art of letting go of desire, flowing with the current and allowing the river to take us to our goals downstream, in a more effortless state known as ‘Through-Me’. However, many people who try this don’t get the results they want and go back to swimming up stream.  How do these seemingly diametrically opposed strategies resolve themselves into practical success?

MBS_London_02_2016_day1-82

Let’s start with what we know in the scientific fields of Quantum Physics and Non-Linear Dynamics.  We clearly understand there are two worlds: Physical and Meta-Physical (Tangible and Intangible) The physical world is called such due to the fact we can only experience it through one or more of the 5 physical senses.  However, the Meta-Physical (or intangible) world is just as real, it just lies outside of the 5-sense spectrum.  In terms of circumstantial reality creation, the outer world always FOLLOWS the inner world, never the other way around. Eloquently described by the metaphor of life being life a large dual mirror.  One side is the physical, the other the metaphysical. The mistake people make is thinking the metaphysical is the reflection of the physical where the reality is the other way around.  Our reflections are a result of the originating image that is being broadcast in the inner world based on what our thinking centre and our feeling centre agree on.  Unfortunately for most people, mesmerised by what then shows up in the physical world, end up chasing their own reflection by reacting to it, thinking it is the original image.

Another way of explaining this in simple terms is thateverything tangible that goes to make up what we call our current life situation / story / circumstance etc.  hadits genesis in the intangible FIRST.  This is a non-negotiable truth and if not understood or accepted becomes the barrier to all other insights and levels of learning in this field.  The computer or phone you are reading this message on began the same way.  As a thought in someone’s mind. As did the clothes you are wearing and the shop or building you bought them from. In short, EVERYTHING IN THE OUTER WORLD BEGAN FIRST IN THE INNER WORLD.  In science the starting point of outer world creation is called an ‘Attractor Pattern’.  This is what separates normal thoughts from thoughts that impact and eventually show up in physical reality. (99% of thoughts are usually just noise or background static with zero impact on affecting the physical world). We also know the strength of the Attractor Pattern determines the speed at which it transcends from the Meta-Physical into the Physical.  If (and its a big IF for most people) the Attractor Pattern is strong enough to broadcast above the fuzzy and incoherent static of the rest of our own and other people’s thoughts, it locks onto a corresponding sector in the Field Of Possibilities and we will be pulled towards it like a tractor beam.  This is the ‘Through Me’ or flowing with the current analogy but also where many people fall down as they don’t understand the dynamics of how to create a decent Attractor Pattern.  Or, worse, they use it in reverse to get what they don’t want.  I’ll explain more….

The strength of the Attractor Pattern signal being broadcast is directly correlated to a) The absolute clarity about what you want b) The unity of the thinking and feeling centre (i.e. heart and mind) behind that clarity and c) The aligned conviction of the determination to have (inner world) and the determination to act (outer world).  When (and ONLY when) this high quality signal is CONSISTENTLY broadcast over time, using the fuel of sustained and purified intention (purified of doubt, fears or questions etc.) a sense of knowing is cultivated that is impervious to the current outside scenario or story.  The realisation that our current circumstances are nothing more than a delayed reaction to previous thinking and Attractor Patterns makes it easier to let go of our need to fight them.  Now we can simply acknowledge them for demonstrating the system works.  For most people, the circumstances they currently have come from the fact their hearts and minds are usually not aligned in congruent knowing of what they want but, instead, a congruent knowing of what they DON’T want.  And, Ta-Da, look what then shows up in their outer world.  The biggest trap to avoid here is not to spend anytime focusing on trying to change these current ‘poor circumstances’ of events, people, scenarios, bank balances or whatever and just concentrate on CHOOSING a new destination that you DO want and, most crucially, keeping your ‘signal’ at broadcast quality.  Bearing in mind, in the unlimited field of possibilities that exists as potential future scenarios, EVERYTHING is possible. Another way of stating this is no matter what your current circumstances, a new future is ALWAYS available!  Connect to the power and freedom in that statement for a second.

Another trap – If you focus on ‘desiring’ what it is that you don’t currently have, the frequency of the signal going out is based on the pre-supposition that you need it because you don’t already have it.  Read that again and hear it deeper. This creates several issues, the two main ones being first, a declaration that you are not OK where you are at which sets up an Attractor Pattern of ‘more not OK where you’re at’ and, second, it creates a sense of urgency which translates to importance which as we know creates an excess charge that MUST attract rapids in the river en route to the goal.

Relax – Nothing is under control J

To transcend all of this, forget desire, dissatisfaction with current life scenarios and demands of urgency, and instead cultivate a solid, calm and congruent determination to choose a new vector with clear details of what it will look like and a letting go of the ‘how’.  The scenario called ‘outer world’ will then change on its own.  However, this DOES require action. Sitting and meditating on cheques in the mail will usually bring an eviction notice instead.  GOD CANNOT STEER A PARKED CAR. So yes, meditate FIRST on what it is you want until it screams out of every pore that this is what you have chosen and there is zero room for doubt of any kind.  The Attractor Pattern is then formed, the signal is in Ultra High Def (rather than most peoples black &white and fuzzy) and Life says OK GOT IT!! and proceeds to create the circumstances in what we then call ‘causality’ which enters the much slower world of Newtonian Physics, otherwise known as the Physical or Tangible world.  The time it takes for this to happen (known as the quantum to Newtonian transition point),depends largely on two things. First, and primarily, the strength and consistency of the signal you are broadcasting. Second, how far away your new chosen scenario lies from your current circumstances.  Remember, the ‘how’ is none of your business. The how shows up when your WHY is strong enough!  That strength is the conviction of the heart and mind together which acts as carbon and iron to produce steel.

So, quick summary:

1) Be OK where you are at now – resenting your current situation is the glue that keeps you stuck to it!

2) Choose a new scenario in detail and understand that on this step CLARITY IS POWER.  Also, it is absolutely critical that this is YOUR goal. YOUR truth, and not someone else’s or a reaction to what you think others want.  Here’s a tip to guide you in – does it make your heart sing?  Note: there is never any need to prove to anyone else anything.  You were born good enough and if you follow your Truth you will win.  If you follow what you think your parents or teachers or peers want or (worse) will get you the most approval, validation or significance, then you are on a hamster wheel of unhappiness that generally has its place swimming up stream.  This is YOUR game of Life, let YOUR heart swing the bat.

3) Check your signal. Is it broadcast quality? – Unity and alignment of the heart and mind is EVERYTHING here.  Anything less is useless static and noise.

4) Recognise the ‘How’ is none of your business.   The Meta-Physical operates in the world of the Non-Linear, which is outside of the limited scope of the mind.  (The mind is conditioned to think in straight lines but that is not how nature operates – there are no straight lines in nature!) The path to your goal will be revealed like a winding river, not a canal.  Don’t try and second-guess how it will happen, go with what feels right. That is your guide.  Allow the mind to come in where necessary but only on your terms and never let it lead the show.

5) Give it time – the transition from the metaphysical to the physical requires the Attractor Patterns, which are formed instantly in step 2, to work their way into the physical world of causality. From what we currently understand in the realms of Ontology and Quantum Sciences, the average Life Scenario in the outer world, can take up to 8 weeks to have a complete facelift of ‘circumstances’ provided we don’t stop broadcasting at signal strength.

And finally

6) Get busy in the physical world! Take lots of actions but with a relaxed intensity that comes with a congruent and highly focused purpose. Go with what feels right – if you are involved in trying to force a scenario to happen, chances are it’s against the current.  Remember, a scenario may be presented that the mind will think is ‘the route’ to the goal but may well be a stepping-stone or a link in the chain to something different but more effective.  Trust the river – nature never wastes energy in vain.

Mainstream Media, Unconscious Insincerity and finding the ‘Real’ in London Real

Why is it so many of us are conditioned to be comfortable with being inauthentic?  I’m not talking about the purposeful intention to lie or deceive, as many of us are not in the habit of knowingly doing that on a regular basis.  No, I’m talking about unconscious insincerity.  The covert inner games, the hidden agendas and the stuff we automatically justify but which, under closer scrutiny, would probably not stack up as the most authentic response or behavior we could engage in.  Why is that?

Well, if the law of conformity states our environment dictates most of our habitual thinking then let’s start with what influences many of us the most.  For the vast majority this happens to be the mainstream media.  Now, you may have seen my little soapbox post on the media (if not please watch here and educate yourself http://tinyurl.com/o3ktcbn) but in the spirit of becoming self aware, more authentic and reclaiming some of our power, let’s look a little deeper down the rabbit hole…

Peter Sage

Through intelligent observation it doesn’t take long to realise the primary business model of the media is to place readership or viewership over objective truth.  Let’s remind ourselves that facts are always subjective, completely context dependent and will forever present themselves in a variety of different shades based upon the light they are highlighted or shown in.  This is also highly evident in the modern courtroom where winners and losers are frequently not decided by who is actually right or wrong in the context of law but by those who can present their argument in the most convincing manner.  Another awareness to consider is that ‘an event is just an event’ and the meaning we instantly ascribe to it will ALWAYS be subjective based on our relationship TO the event.  This is a level of growth many never reach.  For example, if a lion tracks, kills and eats a cute baby zebra, it’s not right or wrong, good or bad.  IT’S JUST AN EVENT.  If you are the mother of the baby zebra (and certainly if you are the zebra itself), your relationship to that event labels it a bad day.  If you are the lioness who’s cubs will starve that night if she doesn’t make a kill, it’s a good day.  To the tree growing on the savanna, it’s immaterial.  It’s just an event. A lion ate a zebra.  If someone purposefully flies a plane into a building, same deal.  Regardless of where you morally position yourself, it’s not right wrong good or bad. It’s just an event. Clearly your relationship to that event determines whether you label the person a terrorist or a hero but note it’s still all subjective.  What actually happened was a plane flew into a building.  As I said, this is a level of growth and awareness many never reach.

The reason for this is that when it comes to ascribing meaning, the craftsmanship of the media is to steer the audience into a ‘pre-determined’ viewpoint based upon the presentation and selected angle and syntax of certain highlighted facts whilst giving the ‘illusion of free choice’ through the presence of seemingly ‘unbiased’ information.  It’s unfortunate most reporters and journalists who work in the industry are more focused (both consciously and unconsciously) on serving this business model while simultaneously protecting & projecting their own significance/ego under the guise of such misaligned self-identities as ‘protector of the people’ or ‘exposé of the truth’.  Similarly, when any newspaper takes up a ‘cause’ then before one word is printed, the cause has already been assessed as to how much favorable exposure or positioning it will generate in the eyes of the well meaning but gullible audience.  Unfortunately, authentic examples of objective journalism these days are more the exception than the rule.  One thing I like about London Real is the commitment to being as objective as possible. Asking tough questions, shining the light on many different angles and then letting the audience decide, comment and conclude.  All with the overall outcome of contributing something of value in exchange for our valuable time.

This style of ‘New Media’ is a refreshing change to what we’ve been accustomed to and highlights one of the most compelling (though rare) characteristics of Leadership: The willingness to be unpopular in the moment for what one truly believes would serve the best and longer term interests of the greater good.  Rather than pander to the global epidemic of placing the need to validate our own significance above the joy found in raising that of others.

If we take a look at Politics we see in modern times it has become self-defeating.  Previously the role of the politician was more of a statesman. Doing the right thing for the right reasons for the populace at large.  Now the first role of any politician or government is to satisfy popular consensus so as to be re-elected in 4 years time and only somewhat down the scale to do what is ‘right’ in serving the people beyond that.  It’s a shame these two agendas rarely overlap.

By paradox, making a truthful declaration of what you believe and are happy to own as a viewpoint regardless of consensus usually creates more admiration by itself.  Not that you need it.  People like my mentor Dan Pena understand that very well. Thus we find one of the greatest attributes of human character is to be able to act independently of the GOOP we swim in (Good Opinion of Other People) and instead be guided from a deeper place of personal truth. Being able to recognize that whatever you feel is ‘Your Truth’ is not necessarily, in fact predictably, going to align with what ‘Someone Else’s Truth’ is and being OK with that is one of the first steps to emotional maturity. This allows us the freedom of acting sincerely and authentically in accordance with our own truth, without being thrown off balance by the need for others to conform to it, align with it, agree with it or draw us into a pointless argument as to who’s viewpoint or ‘truth’ is better.

Peter Sage Entrepreneur

This week I invite you to take some time to contemplate what drives you.  How you represent yourself when alone as opposed to when you feel others are watching (i.e. judging) and see where the gap is.  For example, are you more likely to pick up a piece of litter in the park when people are watching, or because it’s there and it’s the right thing to do?  Give yourself the challenge of being sincere and authentic for the day and feel the real power in the freedom it brings.  Remember, the quality of our outer world can only EVER be a reflection of the quality of our inner world.  Never the other way around.

The road to owning oneself at a level of personal sincerity and authenticity will never be found in the pages or channels of the mainstream media or from the voices of popular opinion which, by their very nature, breed and feed off divisiveness and contrary viewpoints.  All engineered in advance to capture and enroll those who are sleeping awake.

No, it is found in listening to the inner spirit that compels us to reach beyond the comfortable grass of the herd and seek our nature in growth, contribution and ultimately a love for ourselves and others that shows up in kindness, compassion, understanding and tolerance.

Do or say one thing today, just one, that will put a smile on someone else’s face and get in touch with how it feels.  Not to score points.  Not to win favor of those around you.  Not to feed an insatiable need for approval, significance or to repair a poor self-image or boost an inflated ego – but from a deeper place that knows it’s the right thing to do. Regardless of any expectation of something in return.  I promise you the feeling will last much longer than if the personality was looking for the ego stroke many of us are addicted to.  Or at least another like on our latest social media post.

Why?  Because that, my friends, is the very essence of being sincere. Go be a smile creator and spread some joy for no other reason than to discover it’s in our authentic nature to do so.  I think you will like who shows up.

The HARDEST speech I ever gave

People often ask me what my hardest ever speech was. It’s been nearly 10 years since my mother passed away but this still ranks as No.1. I share this as it underscores what is important when it comes to communicating, and the blatant difference between trying to impress or be liked by a crowd (boardroom, conference etc.) vs. being real and authentic and coming from the heart. I Love you Mom.

From Mike Davis (LinkedIn – written interview)

Here are the quick questions we would like to ask Peter. We would also like to have a short bio, a profile photo and any links you wish to promote.

1: Where did your interest in the psychology of success begin?

A year after dropping out of school at 16, I came across personal development. It was then that I learned and realized that attitude was way more important than skill sets when it came to success.

2: If you had to suggest three people to study who have made an impression on your life, who would they be? (Authors, Entrepreneurs Etc.)

At age 18, I met George Zalucki (www.georgezalucki.com) who was probably the biggest impact on my own psychology in terms of how to overcome negative emotions. Tony Robbins clearly had a big impact and I worked as a Trainer for him for 15 years. I would also say George Lucas as the entire (original) Star Wars movies had a lot of deeper meaning and beautifully outlined the hero’s journey.

3: What are the key elements that people seem to get wrong when creating a business?

The main one is usually the reason they want to start.  For many it’s based on certainty (in what they think they can be most successful in) and not what they are passionate about.  Many are also focused on what they can get (financial security, significance, personal freedom etc.) rather than what they can give. Failing to realize that all sales made and payments into the business happen as a result of adding value to someone else who then chooses to transact (buy). Not because you were successful in ‘selling’ what you wanted to sell, but convincing the customer they would get something of value to them.

4: What makes your programs uniquely different?

My programs blend a lot of the understanding of human behavior, for both the attendee and others. There is a much deeper agenda than trying to teach someone new skills. It’s about shifting the context of people’s lives as much as the content. This way they walk out as different people. Not just the same people with different skill sets.

5: What advice would you give to an entrepreneur based on current changes in the market?

First, ask yourself why you are doing it as per question number 3. Second, ensure that what you are looking to do is addressing a strong emotional part of the market. People buy more of what they want than what they need. Third, don’t ever try to compete on price. If you do, not only will you make next to nothing but you are also just a competitors undercut from going out of business. Instead, compete on value. There’s a big difference. Fourth, position yourself as an expert. People happily pay more for an expert. Fourth, take advantage of what is on offer. Today you can get the same technology that I would have had to pay $1m for just 10 years ago, now for $6.99 a month on an app.  Also, with effective outsourcing, I can leverage my time and resources to be able to compete with any company in the world. Using services such as Upwork, Fiverr and virtual assistants is powerful if you learn the best way to utilities them.  And my final point (there would be many more but I’d be here all day), learn to get comfortable with handling uncertainty. It’s the definite skill that separates entrepreneurs from wantrepreneurs.

6: What have you read lately and how would you review it?

Virtual Freedom by Chris Drucker. Essential reading for learning how to outsource.

Unshakable by Tony Robbins – essential for understanding how to master money

Inside Track – My book ☺ a must have manual for how to deal with adversity.

7: What’s in the future for Peter Sage?

More books and a switch in the seminar side more towards the personal psychology side. Watch this space – and go to www.PeterSage.com

Thanks Peter very much for this and we will do our best to drive new traffic to your business.

“How to Stay Motivated when Working Towards your Goal”

To begin with, one has to recognize that there is a big difference between Motivation and Inspiration.

Motivation is temporary. Like gas in a car, it burns hot, applies good energy in the moment but always runs out and needs topping up. Motivation is useful to get out of states such as apathy, lethargy or procrastination. But those states will usually return when the motivational fuel tank runs dry.

Motivation is about two things. Moving away from pain (most common) or towards pleasure and is usually linked to having your reasons ‘Why’ focused on you. i.e. You having a better life than the one you perceive right now.  Or having people see you in a better light, or getting out of Your state of scarcity, or moving towards You having more certainty etc. etc.

Inspiration is different. Inspiration does not have a finite fuel tank that is subject to the temporary states and vicissitudes of motivation and will power. Inspiration is self-perpetuating. It powers you towards goals from a different source. It is the nuclear fusion of the human spirit and it is found in one place. Outside of your own focus. When you are focused on yourself you can be very motivated. But when you are focused on serving a bigger picture and a greater cause than just yourself, then the wellspring of action comes from a deeper place.

One only has to look at a standard Marathon and see the numbers of people who are running for the first time. Not the athletes who run because it is part of their identity but those who are stretching themselves beyond their previous limits. Far more make it when they are running for someone or something else.  A charity, a memory of a fallen colleague, to inspire their family or friends by showing what is possible.

You get the idea. If you find yourself lacking in energy for your goals, the answer is simple.  Which garden is your ‘Why’ planted in. The garden of yourself will need constant tending. The garden of contribution beyond yourself has a far richer climate. You reap what you sow. Plant wisely.
